Activity Description
Live a unique experience of connecting with nature through a magical spiritual tour of the forest of Spetses. During the tour, you will get to know the healing plants and herbs of the island and learn about their properties. If we come across any of them on our route, you will be able to collect them. There will be time for photos and observation of the natural landscape. You will then participate in a meditation and implementation class. You will get to know different meditation techniques and learn how to materialize your desires. You can choose the theme of the guided meditation, such as energy cleansing, chakra balancing, or healing. After meditation, we will enjoy a refreshing tea and light snacks. The experience concludes with an introduction to the world of healing herbs and essential oils, where you'll create your own healing essential oil to take with you.

- Meeting and start of the tour from the entrance of the Nautical Club of Spetses, in the area of the Anargyrios and Korgialenos School
