Who I Am
My name is Pavlos, and my journey into self-awareness and energy healing did not begin with theory, but with a personal need for change.
There was a period in my life when I felt blocked, without direction and without a meaningful connection to myself. Through this process of searching, I began to get to know my inner world more deeply and to change, step by step, the way I think, feel, and live.
My Personal Path
My personal experience was the starting point for me to train and deepen my knowledge in energy techniques and therapeutic approaches, which I now share with people who are at similar points in their lives.
I do not follow ready-made formulas nor do I promise “quick solutions.” I believe in conscious change, collaboration, and the creation of a safe space where each person can express themselves freely and without fear.
My Philosophy
For me, healing and guidance are not about correcting a “mistake,” but about reconnecting with what already exists within you.
Healing begins when the Darkness and the Light within you begin to become One.
When there is understanding, acceptance, and intention, then change comes naturally — not with pressure, but with flow. Your flow.
How I Work
Each session is unique and tailored to your needs. Depending on the issue that concerns you, different techniques or a combination of methods are used, always with respect for your boundaries and your personal pace.
My goal is not to tell you what to do, but to support you so that you can see more clearly, feel greater safety, and make decisions that align with who you are.

I have created this space for all those who need help but do not know where to get it from, nor
what to ask for.
I am here for all those who believe that their life has taken a path they do not like.
I am here for those who are searching for joy, happiness, love, success, peace, and anything
else they feel they are trying very hard for but never truly have, nor can they see it becoming
reality in the future.
I am here for mothers who lost their children and for children who lost their mothers.
I am here for people who know they can be happy but happiness is always on the other side of
the road.
I am here for people who want to speak but feel that no one listens to them.
I am here for those who dreamed of a beautiful life, but whose reality is indifferent and
oppressive.
I am here for those who are in emotional pain and do not know why they are in pain.
I am here for those who suffer and are physically ill and want help.
I am here for those who know why they are emotionally hurting and want to stop hurting.
I am here for those who live their lives as spectators and want to become protagonists.
I am here for women who want to have a child and are trying through IVF.
I am here for those who feel that they have ties to the past and want to remember.
I am here for those who feel trapped in the same situations again and again and want to
Liberated.
I am here for you who want answers.
I am here for you who feel different.
But above all, I am here for you who want to love yourself, for you who want to take care of the
child within you, to protect your emotionally sensitive heart.
I AM HERE FOR YOU WHO WANT TO STOP CRYING AND HURTING
